The most iconic architectural complex in the most magnificent imperial capital we have ever seen. This artistic and architectural masterpiece is a set of three colleges, amongst the most famous (and well financed ) of their day. The first was commissioned Timur's grandson, the astronomer-king Ulugh Beg, in the 15th century. Every square foot is replete with mathematical and artistic inspiration. (If your first impression was not "Wow!" you should check your pulse.)
